主耶穌曾命令門徒說：「你們當求莊家的主，打發工人出去收祂的莊家。」(太9:38 和合本)。那為什麼主耶穌會向門徒發出這樣一個命令？主耶穌看到了什麼？祂採取的行動又是什麼？那轉眼看我們周圍，你看到了什麼？我們應當採取什麼樣的行動？
